Hi everyone,

We're writing to share a crucial update regarding our upcoming platform migration. We now have a confirmed timeframe for this transition!
The migration to our new platform, Scaleo, is scheduled to happen within the first two weeks of August. We're still waiting for the exact date from our technical team, but we'll let you know as soon as it's finalized.

Action Required (Post-Migration): Update Your Affiliate Links

Once the new Scaleo platform is live, it's essential that you log in and update all your affiliate links. Your old links might not correctly generate traffic or be tracked on the new platform, which could impact your commissions. Updating them is crucial to ensure all your earnings are accurately recorded. We'll send specific instructions on how to do this in a follow-up communication.

Important Reminders:

To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any issues, please keep the following in mind:

  • Commission History: Please download your commission history before the migration. This data will not be transferred to the new platform.
  • Mainstage Bingo: Please note that Mainstage Bingo will not be migrated as part of this transition.
  • Custom Offers: All custom offers will be removed during the migration. Please update to the standard welcome offer.
  • Pending Payments: Please request any pending payments before the migration, as they will not be transferred to the new platform.

We'll be sending out further instructions with the next steps and the confirmed migration date very soon. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this important transition. If you have any urgent questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued support!
