PLANET 7 CASINO took all my winnings ($7,115.32) and stated I played a game that was not a part of the bonus coupon code I had used.

These bonus coupon codes typically have a Play-Through dollar amount you need to play first prior to going on to other games.
During this time, all other games are not accessible until the Play-Through amount has been satisfied for the specified bonus code used during the last cash deposit the player has made.
Once the Play-Through amount has been satisfied for the specified bonus code used, then at that time, all other games are accessible again to play.


PLANET 7 CASINO has a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW!
This MAJOR DESIGN FLAW allows Non-Approved Games to be accessed and played after the initial Play-Through period has been satisfied - (with the winnings that were gained from the most recent deposit bonus code that has been used) !!!


PLANET 7 CAINO’S MAJOR DESIGN FLAW WHICH IS IN DIRECT CONFLICT WITH PLANET 7 CASINO’S “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”.




In my case, PLANET 7 CASINO has Stolen ($7,115.32 of my winnings and gave me a Promo Credit of $99.00 as a thank you gesture) !!!

How can PLANET 7 CASINO with its MAJOR DESIGN FLAWS operate legally out of any country on EARTH under any of the Gambling Commission Associations’ & Federal Gaming Boards’ & laws and regulations?

I am not an advocate for Ace in any way, but if it does state that in their t&c's, regardless whether the software let you play the game or not, Im afraid you might lose this one.....

Yep, I've seen it before with these crooks. They are part of a well known rogue casino group that have been ripping people off for longer than a decade.

Of course once you finish the wagering requirements and the bonus terms are satisfied you should be able to play whatever you want. The fact the games unlock when this happens further reinforces this. Think about this: if you had have withdrawn the money and then redeposited the same amount and played those games you would not expect to have your money stolen, so what is the difference aside from you saving the casino money by not incurring transaction processing costs?

It isn't a design flaw. It is quite a deliberate decision on their part to rip you off. They don't operate under the jurisdiction or regulation of any recognised licensing authority. So they can more or less do whatever they want. Good luck finding a lawyer that can prosecute them in whichever tinpot country they have set themselves up in for tax avoidance and legal protection reasons. Years ago they used to be in Costa Rica, no idea where they are now.
