Dear Playshare,

I hope all is well.

As you probably already know, Affiliate Guard Dog has marked Playshare predatory due to the retroactive contract change in regards to HRs. Please let me know should the Powers that Be decide to honor my contract in this matter. The change took place in 2008. A clear and classic breach of contract. My player joined in 2006 yet you snuck in your term anyway (kind of like the UIGEA did when they slipped it into the Port Act in exactly the same way). Affiliates didn't have a clue!

I understand it's not your decision as AM's. Just passing it on as you are my point of contact.

I have sent notification of the above post to Playshare. No offense but I guarantee the above post will be avoided and ignored by Playshare. It seems there is no consideration to answer the tough questions at the GPWA for this program.

Edit to add:

I will no longer keep anything I say private with this group. No more 'behind the scenes'. I have requested removal of Playshare from sponsorship and forums of the GPWA. It is not my decision. Meanwhile, new affiliates approach with caution.

Playshare, this isn't going to go away until you deal with it. Can you please respond to the threads here and at AGD?

Don't feel bad, I have been totally ignored also, and i don't make a lot with them, maybe a hundred or two every couple of months, so i am no big "threat" or liability to them, but still, they will not answer me when i ask where my stats for all the programs have gone since the made the "better" site!!!

And what has pissed me off the most is,.....in the same damn thread where i left a message for them...Duayne answered everyone else but me!!

Screw it.

I got that alot Pat. Playshare comes in to answer what they want and ignore the rest.

We at PlayShare Partners are aware of the recent decision by the AGD to mark our program as predatory. I have been in contact with Andrew at AGD, and a response from us is forthcoming.

This issue is not one which we take lightly, hence the lack of public response thus far.

Thank you for the reply Lawrence. I hope this can be address both publically and privately as it has been several months now.

Hi Lawrence,

It is difficult to understand why you are choosing to blame AGD for something here.

It was NOT AGD's decision to discourage affiliates from working with you. It was YOUR decision to apply retroactive predatory terms! PSP is discouraging affiliates in a BIG WAY all by itself!
