Playshare server down

Just giving you a heads up that the old playshare server is currently experiencing some difficulties and is currently down. We are working with the ex playshare guys to get it back up and running ASAP and are hoping it will be fixed sooner than later.

If you'd like to shorten the downtime, you can grab new links sooner than later from the RA site.

I've been told that it is going to take longer to fix this issue than first thought due to the state of the server.

Unfortunately this means we are all in the same boat because I also don't have access to anything on the backend with it down.

hi ok but when would i recieve my commsson payment for february??? today is the 7th of the month in my time zone which means it is about 10:34 pm on the 7th at the time I am posting this message and i already see and noticed my commission from playshare has been added to my RA account long before this apparent server being down so whats the delay?? And renee i have emiled you band I am stiall awaiting a response hence i the reason I am posting this message because i got no reply to my email, please let me know whats going on thank you.

Hi all

Looks like our internet in the office has gone haywire meaning we have had to switch to another provider to still allow use of some things. This means our incoming emails/db access have been down since about 6 hours ago. We are still able to send but not receive, so if you've sent us an email over that time, this is the reason you haven't heard anything from us yet. This should hopefully be fixed shortly.

My guess is that I haven't gotten your email due to the delay, but if you had sent it overnight I don't remember an email about this. Can you please PM me the email address you wrote to me from so I can search my inbox?

Also remember, we pay by the 7th. Due to the playshare merger we needed the extra time this month to make sure we were sending everyone the correct amounts. I'm sure that's preferable for affs rather than waiting until next month to receive PS amounts for Feb. We also paid within the timeframe we state on our website so technically there was no delay. Payments were sent on time.

Payments were sent last night Sydney time (still the 7th) so depending on your payment method, you will either have received it by now or will be receiving it within the next 2-3 days.

Are you guys asking her about January earnings due to be paid in February? Or February earnings to be paid only now? Renee said they were a little delayed on emails and payments due to the merge. Pretty rare for RA to be late at all. I guess Renee deserves a free pass this month.

I have mine sent to QT and it still isn't there. It is 12:17pm on the 8th my time. I agree, they are not normally late. I am referring to my Feb. payment. Usually QT credits right away.
