Please explain playshare big policy winner for me?

As some of you know I am in to a fight with playshare over some money being owed to me. It looks like its just over 2,400 right now but further proof wil show its more then that.

I am reviewing their "big winner " policy and it states in the terms and conditions that


5.12.9. Players registered prior to 1 February 2008 are exempt from the Big Winner Policy.

Does this mean any winner that registered prior to 2008 of Feb1 does not count in the big winner policy and all earnings have no negative carry over thus all earnings from that player each month should be paid to the affiliate regardless of winnings?

i don't see any update from playshare over the web as of the moment. this will definitely take a fall from playshare.
