Rocket Play Affiliates, Rocktech B.V., Hollycorn N.V. et al all seem clueless the FACT that it's illegal to promote to Australia (2017 IGA - https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/C2017A00085). Hence, any affiliate marketing to Australia, could have their earnings and players stolen, by this clause.

They have a Curacao "license". This license is just valid in Curacao, but you're not allowed to offer gambling games to residents of Curacao. Hence, conform their own t&c you're unable to promote them, as they are legal in exactly 0 countries.
