Perhaps we are too stupid, but we can do what we want and enter what we want, after the new system launched, the historic report all the time is empty for us ("no data to display").
A little bit worrying after so many years data and some very important from last month.

    To Europartners rep:
Too bad you have NOT answered a number of SPECIFIC questions in THIS thread.

    To other affiliates:
Also, I would like to know if other affiliates are now getting an "Invalid Username or Password" error, or if it is just the affiliates that complained or is this yet another case of "I swear, Universal4 is the ONLY affiliate to experience this problem"

By the way, the bookmark I had used for YEARS pointed at:
    https://www.europartners.com/login

But now when going to that url it is automatically redirected to:
    https://portal.europartners.com/portal/#/login

So can anyone explain how the login url stays the same even though it IS different? (sheesh you could have just instead made an accurate statement that affiliates could utilize their old bookmarks and the login page would be redirected)

No, our login details are working without problems, and we did not changed the [old] details after the new system was launched.

Thanks Leopold, that helps confirm, I have verified that "some" affiliates are in fact seeing the same errors and getting a bad password/username error so things are still in transition, which may or may not clear with time.

I can login but the reports don't seem able to show clicks, just earnings.

Maybe it's still work in progress and Mexos are using them, and us, as guinea pigs.

    Username/password wrong error
    Firefox (Windows 7)
    Internet Explorer 11 Windows 7
    Opera 38.0 (Windows 7)
    Vivaldi 1.2.490.43 (Windows 7)

Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 7 Different Computer than above)

    IE 7 (Windows XP)
    Firefox 47.0.1 (Windows XP)

    Internet Explorer (Windows 10)
    Microsoft Edge (Windows 10)

(Different Subnet of IP's (still in US)
    Firefox 43.0.1 (Windows Server 2008 )
    Firefox 43.0.1 (Windows Server 2008 )
Refuses IE 9 on (Windows Server 2008 )

IE on Windows Server 2003 is a NON item as it refuses connection to login as it does on old IE on XP

It "might" have to do with the function
    function isLocalStorageEnabled

The reason I suggest this might be one of the issues is that I got an error on IE 7 on Windows XP that it needed to be enabled.

    I am still testing.

I also tried connecting using various other ips on a VPN Service so it is likely not related to the ip, but likely that my account has issues as well as any other folks I talked to that had trouble logging in.

(Germany, New Zealand and Belgium if I recall correctly)

I know some of you may be wondering why I didn't just go ahead and try the password reset....well I wanted to rule out that it was a cookie or computer issue like I suspected would be said....so I used 6 different computers and 5 different operating systems, you can see various browsers. (I cleared cookies at various times during the testing, and honestly, how many people really test this kind of stuff from 5 different operating systems?)

AND I had a feeling the password change would be a washout....but I tried a password reset anyway and SURE ENOUGH it did NOT work....so now any further testing of login will certainly be flawed since I will not know if in fact my password was changed and whether the password was changed to what was actually sent to me by email.....or if my account is disabled.

    Hi All,

Your login link should now be working with your same login details. If you have any issues logging in please contact us directly.

Currently you can retrieve reports for August period only. If you need historical reports in the coming days please contact your Account Manager directly. Within the next few days historical reports will be back up and running.

    Two questions:

    1. I assume the big white square on the dashboard page is supposed to show a summary of stats? Mine is blank.
    2. Why are clicks not showing in reports?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    1. In the white square you're supposed to see graphs showing your stats. Since historical stats are not currently available this area comes up as blank.
    2. Same reason as Point 1 - In the coming days once all your stats become available you will see all your data including clicks. For now you can see stats from August 1st only.

Please let us know if you have any more questions.

    Best Regards,

PLEASE tell me why MY ACCOUNT is disabled!!!!

Please answer any previously unanswered questions.

Please explain why MY account was disabled, but from what I can tell all others have been finally enabled.

Please explain why all of this was done without testing? (had it been tested this would not have taken 2 days so far and still not be done).

Please provide everyone with a time frame as to WHEN historical stats will be available! Had you done proper testing on this migration in advance, it likely would have been done more correctly, and the historical stats would have been figured into the scenario properly.

Same procedure as last year Miss Sophie?
This is becoming a farce. Does EuroPartners actually know what they are doing?

But like everyone else, no stats, and questions unanswered.

Stats are still not visible, even if the "Statictics" function on the left is back, but you should see financial activity (if you have some) [updated hourly] in the blue ("monthly commission") table on the right that will be updated hourly.

My family is not in the Europartners Team but as a unique Europartners supporter and defender for many, many years with everything that is beyond the normal ...

Two examples with added together more than 10,000 views:

===> "Enjoy your life!" - Unofficial Europartners promotion trailer

    ===> Happy Holidays!

... so as such a supporter and defender it would have been nice to read only one time a formal apology here or via email because of the inconveniences for the webmasters since 4 days.

An apology for changing software AGAIN?? (that never came the last time either)

An apology for changing entire backoffice systems WITHOUT testing and WITHOUT a decent prior notice???

    Either:
    A) They decided at the last minute to make the change
    B) They knew for a very LONG time they were changing but decide that affiliates were NOT important to them to provide advance notice

And I really have trouble believing they tested ANYTHING before they started the migration.

These guys are clowns. They always have been.

I went to login after receiving that unprofessional email that wasn't sent until after the changes to their affiliate system were made and it won't let me. It says to contact my affiliate manager. I've no idea who that is and no care either as they probably weren't our manager 6 months ago and they won't be in 6 months time either judging by this company's usual turnover of used car salesmen. The telling thing for me is that despite the fact the old tracking links supposedly no longer work, they are still redirected through to their casinos without issue.

I have no doubt that this is a deliberate action aimed at cutting out affiliates who don't keep up to date. They have done it before and they will do it again. Their casinos are crap and they enforce tiny monthly payment limits that include progressive jackpot wins. We have been telling people that for years so we rarely refer them any players. So now I'm just going to blacklist their casinos like I have been verging on doing for years. Its just easier that way.

    Dear Euro Partners Team

You guys seem to be struggling with the new system upgrade. A word of advice, if all else fails try reading the Mexos upgrade manual.

Oh, you have read the manual and it's just as outdated as the Mexos website? Damn! I guess we're all in a fix then?

    http://www.mexos.com/testimonials/
We chose MEXOS as it is by far the most powerful platform on the market. It has made every aspect of running our affiliate network considerably easier, from generating statistical reports to marketing our special offers. They offer services which simply can’t be found elsewhere and I would highly recommend it. — Ori Matarasso

Yep. they get the traffic, do NOT pay for the traffic and claim they could preserve the affiliate data and give proper credit.

I call BS on that one and pretty similar to the SAME BS claims they made the LAST TIME they pulled this.
