Any views on the impact on affiliate commission assuming that the POCT goes ahead in its current guise? If it really does impact the bookies bottom line as heavily as reported here then they'll no doubt need to find other ways to bolster profits.
I guess that one way it may translate to affiliate commission is that the POCT element is added into the costs % so that the net revenue from which commission is calculated is lower, that way revenue share percentages could (in theory) remain the same but the additional cost is shared proportionately between operator and affiliate. Not that those cost % are particularly transparent at the moment anyway.
I guess also that this would affect some bookmakers more than others depending on their proportion of UK customers, plus also depending where they're currently based?
