Do any casino affiliates here work on a pay per click or pay per sign up basis?
If you do I would like to know what type of performace you are getting from this. And what rates are you getting paid.
The reason I'm asking is I'm thinking of putting together a hybrid program for affiliates that that are looking for somthing out of the norm.
