I believe BidVertiser and Adbrite allow advertising for gambling sites.

Cheap prices and not bad for keep your website moving.

But in order to have some results you have to add many keywords and many ads.

I had some experience with Bidvertiser a while back. Sank a fair bit in but although it bought traffic, revenues were low. I wasn't involved in optimising the campaigns mind you so can't vouch for the quality of targetting.

Yes you can advertise your ads on Google ads. Google won't ban you.

Im on google Adwords but boy you have to screw that beast down to stop crappy click charges, I pull them every week over bad clicks and had £100's back in refunds.
