yeah the word looks very weird spelled that way, I didnt know it was spelled diferently elsewhere! But yeah, they should change it quickly!

According to one source i've seen, it's Practise, when it's a verb and Practice when a noun. :O ?

So if i type "Go call your neighbor about this great practice (free) casino! Oh and watch your behaviour!" what would be mispelled or properly spelled?

Always been to verb and noun spelling where I come from, just can never remember which way around. It's one of those where it now appears the two have merged and each can be a verb or a noun.

What looks weird is the two spellings right near each other. Would be better to put "Try some of our games..." or "Play some of our games..." or something else.

The word "practice" is a noun, it refers to an act itself, not who is doing it. On the other hand, practise is a verb meaning 'do something repeatedly to improve one skill'.

If you want to speak French well, you need to practice.

I practise the piano.

Much of the differences in spelling (not in the case of practise) are because the American revolutionaries, specifically one Noah Webster, decided the the USA should spell words differently than the English.

In the new instant, digital world, everyone is reading more English, that's spelled different than at home. Now there's something people can rightly blame on the US!

As far as I know, 'practice' is a noun ('It is a common practice') and 'practise' is a verb ('to practise a game').
