This will likely develop in 2026, as it is clearly a growing trend.
But I don't see it generating anywhere near the revenue of crypto casino affiliate programs
So I will keep focusing on what makes real money
Fair assessment.
Seems like a massive opportunity to me - the ability to reach different markets and audiences. People feeling like they have control over their "bet" because they're backing their own opinion as opposed to playing against a house edge.

heh.
"A bank analyst published a report showing Kalshi users lose money even faster than sports gamblers, so Kalshi first tried to pressure the data provider to change their data and then accused them and the analyst of conspiring to extort them when that doesn’t work."

1. affiliate marketing is dead; everywhere, nobody will give 30% RS for long or deals like that and without it, it is dead
I was robbed in crypto by 1xbit, cloudbet and even by reliable exchanged like Bitmex. They steal faster than legacy bookies.
2. There is no real difference between prediction markets and legacy bookies. There were exchanges like Betfair/Matchbook and it was just a hype and they are just niche. There were low vig props at Pinnacle. There was wsex.com. It is nothing new, just this is crypto, which 99% of people get just wrong.
My god, crypto always has some hype, always will have. Money is possible to make on the hype itself. But it is not a long term business. Gamblers do not need to see that they are dumb idiots. They like to lose and then blame the house.
Yes, traditional markets like stonks and gambling are approaching. But. They were always the same.
What is changing is that nowadays people do not give a s on what they are throwing money. They have monopoly money from central banks, they are raised to be idiots, they are told that this or that investment is either safe or other people throw money into that, so they just follow the herd. The safest option is to bet on indexes, right? So investing is becoming a blind gambling. Investing is mentally going towards gambling. So it is gambling. But at the same time it is parasiting on classic gambling, because it is easy to invest into something real and feel right. One can say to his wife I bought 10K worth of Nvidia and it sounds different than betting on superbowl.
Sadly for affiliates, there is no money to be made. We are not needed.

Agree with sherlock on the point #2.
Prediction market, "placing money on what you predict will happen", sounds like a wager or "bet". (You pay some money and make a prediction that some thing will happen, and if you guess correct you get more money back then you paid, and if you guess wrong you get nothing )
I think a portion of the "hype" is that some are promoting it as if it is not gambling, as if a bet that is predicting who will win an election, or how soon Starmer will resign is not a wager.
It is only a matter of time before there are tighter restrictions on the sites that accept these wagers and pretend they are not bookies.
I also think it makes sense that more bookies expand their use of the prediction market.

100% agree with Sherlock on point #2 as well.
I do disagree with #1 and the general sentiment that there's no money to be made.
There's always money to be made. While affiliates are certainly undervalued, we have a lot to offer that traditional marketing channels cannot.

iGaming products on the betB2B platform have launched prediction markets ...
So 1xbet and others have it? That's great. If only we could get an AM there

There is Telegram bot called PolyGun, and you can get fees from that. Its bot to trade and etc to polymarket. Also Duelbits casino has own prediction markets.
Will be following. I have recently been asked if I was aware of any prediction markets affiliate programs.
We’ve definitely seen a surge in demand for prediction markets content lately. From where I’m sitting, it feels very similar to what sweepstakes casinos looked like before that space got hit with heavier scrutiny.
Right now, “prediction markets” is being framed as something new, cleaner, or more financial/trading-like, but in practice a lot of it is just betting/gambling with different packaging and terminology. The mechanics may be dressed up differently, but for the end user it often comes down to the same thing: staking money on an uncertain outcome.
That’s why I don’t think this stays in the current grey-ish zone forever. Sooner or later, regulators will look past the label and focus on the actual product mechanics, user flow, and how these platforms are marketed.
From an affiliate/content perspective, that’s the interesting part: there’s traffic and curiosity around it now, but I’d be careful building on the assumption that this vertical will stay untouched. To me, it looks much more like an early-stage loophole/opportunity than a long-term unregulated goldmine, but I might be wrong.
Prediction markets and betting on them is not new. Many bookies have been taking bets on such for a whole bunch of years.
Some bookies just called them something different, "props".
