    Default Press Releases?

It has been a while since I have done a press release for one of my sites. I have a solid press release written and looking for a good place to submit it. What can I do for less than $100? Anyone have any suggestions or which one is best? Ideally something where I can add a link within the press release to help build some all be it small SEO value.

I'm not sure how much they charge, but we usually push ours through prnewswire
