I signed up with your program a while back and had to drop you because of all the player promotions that you slammed me with. When are you going to learn that you don't Spam webmaster email addresses with player promotions. It took about a month or more before you finally quit spamming me.

I would like to shed a little light on this before things kick off...
This is indeed Connie Burstin, formerly of RichWebmaster.
Her company is now representing Prism casino's aff program and is overhauling it at the moment.
She assures me that the issues with this casino that have been encountered in the past are a thing of the past (if that makes sense...).
I'm sure that Connie will clarify this more soon.
Just wanted to set out the basics as I understand them.
Connie, want to pick these queries up?

Playsafe, can you be a little more specific? Does Prism, RichWebmaster, or Connie, personally, owe you money?

Hello,
Prism Affiliate Program started on April 2003 and wants to
renew their commitments with their current members and
of course develop long-term relationships with new members.
Based on some feedback seen at this forum, we gather that
affiliate program had some issues on the administration and
some type of management in the past and this is the reason
why program has recently been re-launched and acquired
our services.
Prism Affiliate Program and our company will provide you with a
one-to-one marketing and customer support, make sure that
your customers referred to casino are looked after and of course
work together with you to develop a long-term business relationship
to benefit all the parties involved. (affiliate program, casino and affiliates).
We invite you to participate in this topic at public forum for the
mean time to discuss the business opportunities, issues and trends
with Prism Affiliate Program.
If you are a member at Prism Affiliate Program and have an
enquiry and don't want to post this on public, please contact
us directly at support@prismaffiliate.com

John: Your email was forwarded to me, I'll contact you
shortly and we will discuss.

PS: Casinomeister has Prism listed as a Rogue Casino. Is anything being done to address this or does the casino have a response?

Hello,
We have read the thread 3 times and this player seems to
be very confused. The latest report is that payment
processor made a mistake and Prism Casino has took care
of it.
We'll keep everyone posted regarding Casinomeister and
the developments with Prism Casino.
If there is any other issue/trend that needs to be addressed
with Prism Affiliate Program, please let us know.
Regards,
Connie

Hi Connie,
Ok, I've got the lowdown on this now.
The player's fraudulent charges have been taken care of by the bank, at no expense to Prism.
HOWEVER, she also has quite a bit in penalty fees because of these, and wants that taken care of by Prism. I don't want to get anymore specific here to protect her privacy, but I can do that in an email if you want.
