I have always received pretty good service from Prism in the past - I know a lot of other webmasters werent always happy with the support but I was generally paid on time with good support, my players were happy - and thus i have put my a*s on the line for them on many occasions including here in the forum.

I dont know what the hell is going on over there - I am still having difficulty getting payment from them for a couple of months ago - I was told I would be paid on the 10th of this month after the latest battle in what is becoming a war with them - I have received stupid responses from their crappy support that the reason I wasnt paid was because i was constantly changing revenue option - I changed ONCE from CPA to revenue share for gawds sakes - and it takes them a week to answer a single email - damned unacceptable - thats if they bother to reply at all.

Prism WTF are you playing at? Get your act together or get out the market place. Hire support staff who can be bothered to provide support, andget an accounts department who can actually manage to send a payment to Neteller on time - not exactly rocket science now is it?
