Problem with referback

I have a quite unpleasant problem and I would not like to publish it on a public forum. But I was promised by Colin that Shane will contact me 2 weeks ago!! And still no contact! So I'm running out of ideas...

I have no emails from Andrew. He sent few to my wife about the sub affiliate terms.


But this problem I was talking about with Colin was not about the subaffiliate thing. But this was about the change in the commission precentage.
