Angry Progress Play Brand- Stay away

I have been promoting a lot of new brands without any problems until I was contacted by the Betfred affiliate team. They offered me a decent deal to promote some new brands (Betsteve, Vstarbet and Sponsiobet- all from ProgressPlay Limited Casinos) that they have just started promoting back in October 2019.

In the beginning, the brands did convert well and although payments were late they did eventually come.

In March this year, some of my referred players won some money at Betsteve so my account went negative for over £2k (first month ever) . Just before the end of this month I contacted my Betfred AM and he said that I should not worry as he will remove the NCO rule from my account. However, 2 months later no payments were sent for May or June. So I decided to reach out again to my Betfred AM, this was his response:

“Morning mate, so Progress Play have come back about BetSteve not paying . They say as the account was made NNCO from April 1st the negative month of March still needs to be worked off (which has now been done). This was news to me as to be honest I thought once we shifted to NNCO in April it wouldn't matter about previous months but PP say that is does”

Also, in January this year, I decided to promote the same brands on my second site with a second account, even though they did not convert that well on this site, I managed to generate around £500. But after 2 months of not seeing no payments, I was told by the Betfred team that there was a mistake on their platform and it did not calculate any income.

    This was the message:

“right so on this account there wasn't a deal agreed (I presumed it would be on a default rev share of 30%) but it seems the brand doesn't run on that. They won't backdate payments either having spoken to them. I will set it to 40% now. I appreciate this is a bit of a kick in the bollocks”

Later this year, I was contacted directly by Progressplay and they agree to pay all the amount owed and asked me to started promoting them again. They contacted me every week asking for more exposure. But it has been 3 months and no payments have arrived.

This message is just to warn anyone no to work with any of Progress Play brands.

    Thanks,

Yeah pretty much the same for me. I started promoting some of those AMP brands through Active Wins and they looked decent to start with but then payments stopped, big negatives, brands closed, etc.

Same story over and over 'we haven't been paid by them, we will pay you as soon as they pay us...... oh wait they've just shut down'

Progress Play white labels are bargain basement and most are not worth touching. Like you I was lead into this through the Betfred association and regret it, although we did pull them pretty quickly once the payments stopped. I think anyone offering the silly deals they will for a white label are going to be short lived. Lesson learned, don't be lead into other brands because you trust the referring program.

Seems the AMP affiliates system has been completely taken down. Cannot login and the AM's have done a runner.

That is the end of us promoting Progress Play sites.

They are under the same ownership of ActiveWins, it's a shame, they launched only 6-7 months ago and from the start I knew it's not going to be a good idea to promote them, specially after I saw and experienced all the issues with ActiveWins program and how they run their operation.. honestly I dont know why they even started this AMP program from the beginning..

Just got an update to say Sponsiobet are now 'terminating traffic' to focus on retention - which likely means they are yet another PP brand about to do a runner.

On another unfortunate note, we must terminate traffic coming in to Sponsiobet
as they are now focusing on retention and wanted to completely STOP the acquisition for the brand.

This change will be effective from today – please make the effort to delist it from your assets.
