Promoting SmartLive? Expect complaints...

I've had a player complaint re. SmartLive. I was going to recommend they PAB until I spotted they already did that, with no joy:

There are some excellent live casinos out there (Castle are brilliant). I'm not sure sending players to SmartLive is a great idea right now.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, I can say that their affiliate program is by far the worse that I've ever promoted and they have a stinking reputation. I'm not the picky type either, I'm not talking about conversions or even slow payments, I'm talking about shocking errors and mistakes (lies?) which have lost me a lot of money. This isn't to put down the current AM as he seems to have put in some effort when replying to me, but it seems to run deeper through the company history and ways.

The problem for me is that some of my sites are in the casino TV niche, with only 3 casinos to promote (SuperCasino, Jackpot247 & Smart Live) should I remove them altogether and risk not giving visitors a concise choice?

They're always the last in the list, but I've been on the edge for a while about altogether abomination.

I get the impression that smart live just don't really care. Plus they don't convert for toffee - I think across all products (2 casinos + live + poker) I've only ever had one payout from them. Not a great loss...
