With Panda and Penguin being a recent point of interest, I figured I'd take the time to make a friendly public service announcement.

Whether you write your own content, have dedicated "in house" writers or outsource your writing work - if you visit another affiliate's site to figure out what they are saying about a site and then write your review based on what they've said (regardless of whether you've reworded or not) --- your work is not "unique".

More accurately, if you're reviewing Casino X and basing your review/opinion on anything other than your own personal experience on Casino X's site and as a player at Casino X and you do not cite your source (i.e. - info obtained from Competing-Affiliate-Site-A dot com), then you are not writing a proper review and are probably "stealing" someone else's work without giving them credit.

In the spirit of bringing this friendly public service announcement home --- if I feel a site is doing this to me, I have no qualms about reporting the site in question. My "reporting" could be anything from submitting feedback to Google in the search results to filing a take down request to contacting the webmaster.

In conclusion, make certain that your review work is from your own first person perspective and not from mine.

That is all.
