    Great article -- thanks for sharing.

    Most Canadian provinces have their own licensed betting sites. Loto Quebec is looking for a way to boost revenues, and the thought is blocking all other sites will eventually funnel players to theirs.

    These measures seem extreme, and the scenario extremely unlikely. But hey, crazier things have happened.
