Hi Ben,
What about me? We never got our July payment and I'm getting upset due to the lack of communication from you.
Your email repeats the same thing over and over so either produce a transaction number for that payment or something that can be verified by myself asap please or I will have to pull creatives.
Hi,
As I explained previously we have sent you the payment, it did not bounce back.
I have problems as you are aware with communication in my accounts department, but as i explained on numerous times we do not hold back payments.
If you feel you need to pull creatives then please feel free to do so.
As soon as I can get a swift from accounts i will send it to you.
Regards
Ben

The $27 was a bank charge.
I am sending you today $27 from my own personal bank account and I will absorb the charges myself.
Let that be the end of it.
I am well aware of the internal problems we have in accounts and that sometimes payments are delayed and chasing up swifts is like getting blood out of a stone, however I do follow up on everything and all affiliates get paid in the end.
We do not convert for everyone, we are not perfect, but we have 3 great brands that i believe in and a great propriety affiliate back office that was developed in house and is run by a great team.
Our presence in the SERPS is tremendous we are promoted by nearly all of the top sites for top keywords , so we must be doing something right.
There is too much "them and us" on the forums , Operators are deemed as the bad guys and affiliates as the poor and cheated.
There are some unscrupulous operators around just as there are as many unscrupulous affiliates.
I have been stung on numerous occasions with prepayment deals and affiliates not delivering, I do not post rude threads when an affiliate looses his rankings in Google, nor do i rant and rave if an affiliate doesn't answer my e-mails or phone calls. I realize that affiliates have expenses and running costs and are reliant on their earnings.
However to be an operator is no picnic, this simple equation may give you some insight , approx 20% of deposits goes back to players in winnings, 15% goes to the software provider, between 5-15% goes to processors , 25 -45% of revenue goes to the affiliate.
Not much is left for running costs of tech support, customer service and running the affiliate program, let alone profit. We are not going out of business, but i just want to put things into proportion as some of these threads are too much already, from me being personally insulted to affiliates cursing and making wild accusations.
This is not all directed to you Rhonda but to the forums as a whole and those who are looking for a thread fight.
We are reliant on each other , I will do my best to try to improve accounts and communication and I ask of affiliates to keep things in proportion.
Regards
Ben

Hey Ben,
I understand and agree that sometimes these threads are too much. Particuliarly when they include insults and fighting that isn't productive in solving any issues.
The issue about whether a payment was sent out in full or not was a simple one. Either it was or it wasn't. But if payment was sent correctly, then why would you pay for something you don't owe? Are you going to start paying all of us if we post this too? Other programs don't pay for fees once it leaves their hands and I don't see why you would want to start doing this. This will create more work and problems. Or is it just a gift?
Hmmm..
Sorry Ben, I shouldn't have posted that.
If you owed it, you should pay it. But if you didn't, well then I guess these long threads result in receiving a gift.
You DID NOT sent the payment Ben and I'm NOT aware of anything as I have my own business to run and not track down payments because your accounting department is disfuctional!
If you sent the money then prove it. Did you send me verification/proof on how it was sent or are you taking your inept accounting departments word for it?
FYI Banks don't keep money that goes to a closed account and it would atleast show up on the statement. I had a large payment that also went to that account on August 18th that I was able to get the funds for so your explaination does not make sence.
You need to get your attitude in check dude as I don't appreciate your smart reply and will be more than happy to pull the creatives on the next update!

This morning I contacted Vegas Affiliates about my missing payment and within a couple hours I get the following reply.
FYI Ben, THAT is the proper way to follow up with an affiliate that is looking for a missing payment. From: Daniela (daniela@vegasaffiliates.com)

Hi Robin,
The wire transfer to your account was rejected on the 26.08.09. We sent it to the following account,

I just started to promote C-planet and i will get my first payment this month, hope it will come on time (BEN will you pay my bank fees too?).
Reagarding comunication i have to say every time i sent an email to Ben i get an answer the same day.
Wow....Never had really done much at all with casinos till the last few weeks. And it's c-planet that has made me my first monies in a casino. Sure hope my bank don't reject the wire.
Hoping for a good relationship with c-planet for many years to come.

It's NOT that complicated. What happened is that my account was closed by the bank once they found out it was related to online gambling.Anyway, I asked Janet/redbush to change all of the payment methods for affiliate account and only a few were affected so it's not a big deal.
The problem is that I've never been able to get confirmation from C-Planet on that payment and I doubt that it's the banks fault! If Ben has proof that he has dealt with my missing payment via email then I'd sure love to see it.
All I've ever asked for is confirmation that the payment was sent so that I can close the book out for that month, which I'm entitled to do without the smart replies.
