Am I able to find out who owns a site that spams? I posted about this problematic spammer before. I even wnet as far as complaining to the room that he pushes so hard through spam with no reply from them. I seen him logged on here yesterday, I am not even sure if he owns a site cause his spam comes from emails alone but am curious if there is a way to find out.
