Quick questions about content and sandbox

Hi can someone please tell me these answer to this questions,

I have my "how it works" page published on 2 different pages of my website - Will this damage my rankings?

Also my site - Do you think I my site is the google sandbox - I recently added my site to search engines using a submitter which would look in-humane to google and I only recently transferred my content to a new web hoster and domain name

Any help is appreciated as usual

I think you have possibly received a penalty for spamming forums (you can see proof here: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com...&bwmf=s&bwmo=d). The reason is search engines don't like when they crawl for a link only to discover the link has been removed shortly after. Also, the quality of many of your backlinks is very poor.

Also, submitting sites to search engines isnt needed. Just get some good links and let the search engines find you.

As for the duplicate content question, it won't damage your rankings, just only one of the pages will actually rank.

Same content within the same site doesnt hurt rankings. it only hurts if same content is under different URLS.

Moreover, rel="canonical" can be used to tell google spiders that a copy of the page exist within the site, thus only one should be given the full credit of the link juices.
