After a slight delay, we're happy to announce that our brand new affiliate centre is now live! Please read this newsletter carefully as there are important messages concerning your affiliate account.

Your login and password details are the same as they were previously. If you need a reminder of your password click here. Failing that feel free to fire me a message to affiliates@32red.com or drop me a line here in GPWA.

Our new NetRefer-powered affiliate centre means you now have a world of resources to help you promote our gaming products, and we’re positive you’ll enjoy the changes we’ve made. Login now and familiarise yourself with the layout and structure and, should you need any help, please find a comprehensive online manual. Alternatively drop us a line on affiliates@32red.com for further assistance.

It is important that you login to make sure your account details are up to date with correct contact information and ensure that your payment details are correct. You also need to update your current links and banners to allow your referrals to track under the new system. Old tracking links will not function after the 30th November 2009.

Following the extended trial of increased commission, please note that as per our new terms and conditions, our standard commission rates have reverted to an industry-standard tiered structure topped by a 35% commission rate. If you were previously on a customised rate prior to the migration to the new platform, please contact us on affiliates@32red.com.

Are payments delayed because of the website change?

Thanks for your enquiry.

We aim to process all payments within 7 working days (today being the 7th working day) and I'm pleased to announce the final batch has cleared the office just now. Commission should be received shortly but times vary according to the payment method.

If it's not with you by the end of the week then please let me know (either here or on affiliates@32red.com) and I'll chase it for you as a matter of priority.

maybe I am stupid but does the new link structure affect cookie settings regarding first or last referrer (do not know which 32red uses) ?

In regard to our policy: it remains the same in that it is based on the last referring affiliate.
