Raffle Website Question

I am thinking about starting a website that would involve raffles. If I am incorporated offshore (Belize) and my site would be hosted offshore as well. All funds would also go through a third party merchant located offshore. Similar to most of the online casinos, just thhis would be a raffle.

Do you think I would have any legal issues. Before you respond, I do know that even owning an online casino presents many gray areas.

I am just wondering if I would have any additional concerns that I would not have with my online casino.

I think you need to take specialist advice from a legal advisor who has extensive knowlege of this area. Advice from a good lawyer would be money well spent
