reciprocal link script

Does anyone know a Reciprocal Link Script that can generate static html linkpages in the design of my site,
with a request link form,
searchengine(optional),
send out a spider to check for links
and send e-mails to my linkpartners.

There are tons out there for perl.

I want to build one in asp (haven't been able to dedicate the time lately) and have finally found the reciprical checker done in asp.

I'm sure others can shed some light on this.

I use linksmanager. There is a minor charge, but it works well and checks reciprocation... If you want to signup, please use my link so I get
