Lightbulb Telegram contact information now provided for affiliate program representatives

In last week's weekly poll, I asked the question How do you communicate with affiliate managers?"]How do you communicate with affiliate managers?. As of today, the most popular answers were:

    Email: 71%

Previously we only displayed email addresses for GPWA sponsor programs and their GPWA member affiliate program representatives. Today, I'm pleased to announce we now also have the capability of displaying Telegram, Teams, and WhatsApp contact information for GPWA member affiliate program representatives.

When provided, we now Telegram contact information on sponsor program pages and affiliate program representative GPWA member pages. You can use the links below for sponsor programs and GPWA members to see their updated profile that now includes Telegram.

Well done! I think Telegram has taken over the affiliate world. For us, it's our main communication platform.

If you have multiple people working on a site the best is always email which we can share , I tried a couple times having group chat with my webmaster included it just resulted in them getting harassed for positions etc lol .Also I will admit when managers send material via telegram it tends to die there ,forwarding a email works best for us and doing it 21 years it is tough to teach a old dog new tricks lol

We use both email and Telegram. Personally, I find Telegram much more convenient for day to day communication. For larger, more complex matters I prefer email, but when I'm on the go, Telegram lets me stay connected with my affiliates and provide them with the best support possible, no matter where I am. Of course I could do the same with e-mail, I just feel like Telegram is easier. Just like chatting on WhatsApp or Messenger with your friends.

I still prefer communication via email for work-related matters. I have used Telegram, and I do find it useful, but to me it feels a bit too informal and immediate. I’ve also become more cautious after reading a post here where someone mentioned that an affiliate program representative deleted messages at their convenience after changing their terms and conditions.

That being said, the more communication options we have available, the better.

Our primary channel for day-to-day communication is telegram. We make sure there's at least 2 members from our team and 2 members from the partners team in the chat. All high level communication for things like caps, rate changes, finance, etc all goes through group email.
