Playamopartners contact ?

In my playamopartners account, my AM is supposed to be kristina@playamopartners.com

but when I try to email her, I get : Address not foundYour message wasn't delivered to kristina@playamopartners.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

In the admin, there are no other way to contact no one, just an email, no skype, no messenger, no phone...

Anyone has a contact there ?
Would be much appreciated!

I don't know if this will help but I found this address right away on their home page at the bottom in the footer this address when you click on "contact" affiliates@playamopartners.com
