Default The impact of the incident on Otani's former interpreter

There has been a lot of talk in Japan about Otani's former interpreter.
The case involves illegal betting and illegal transfers from Otani's account.

I am concerned that this incident will put off users of even healthy online casinos.

Do you see any impact of the case of Otani's former interpreter on the online casino industry as a whole?

In todays world, there is such a huge amount of information that I, for one, believe that such things do not affect players' interest in casinos or bookmakers. There is so much information that people forget very quickly what happened, because immediately there is another article, another issue....

I didn't know what it was about, I typed into google, and read that it was about the millions of dollars he paid to bookmakers and started losing. Maybe some GPWA user got hit by a whale? Or possibly a €50 CPA

    I'm also curious.
In Japan, there are many reports that make online casinos the enemy.
Although the former interpreter's problem was that he stole from Otani's account by placing a bet using the deferred payment method, there are many people who view gambling itself negatively.

Therefore, how the news is reported and how it is received makes a big difference.
    But I think it's temporary.

What Otani's former interpreter did was terrible, but I don't think it will affect the casino industry as a whole.

I really don't think this is even a possibility. At the end of the day, everyone is focused on their own issues, and if something does not directly affect them, they forget it quickly.
