Penguin 3.0 released?

So apparently penguin 3.0 was released in the early hours of Saturday morning, it hasn't been confirmed by Google yet but my twitter feed exploded yesterday with people posting about a potential update taking place, one of my sites went from page 1 to page 6 for its main keywords, also long tailed keywords that i used to rank for on page 1 are now on page 3, on a positive note two other sites of mine got a boost! quite a few of the affiliates i used to compete with have been wiped out...

Its too early to be analyzing results as nothing settled atm however what i can't understand is that my site that had the strongest link profile, content etc got absolutely pumped..and the two other sites that had poor content and a worse link profile got a major boost, it doesn't make any sense...

Did you guys notice any movement?
