Default high ranking sites with pr0

im curious as a new affiliate how a site like latestcasinobonuses.com dominates the front page of google for high ranking keywords for bonuses and casino info and it only has a PR0, its a site full of content and i used to use it alot to check new bonus info, i can see its part of a group and has a large staff in many countries, im interested in how an operation like this works and how do sole affiliates compete with these big site
    thanks

Because PR has nothing to do with site authority. PR is the last thing you should look at in determining value and competitive edge.

Use tool s like Market Samurai or SEOQuake, or subscribe to a service that use AC rank like MajesticSEO or SEOMoz. They use a much more accurate and up-to-date algo

Forgwt PR alltogether - it has NO BEARING WHATSOEVER.

Start with targeting longtail terms and build up from there. Go for the low-hanging fruit, get traffic, populate your site with good information and links, add GambleAware.com lin to your footer site template, and start doing 10 hrs a day of homework, 8 days a week. In 6 months you'll be on your way.

Oh, and no vacations....Take a week off and you become a novice all over again.

that's too funny, that's exactly what I did from 2001-2002 worked my a$$ off, it actually took about 2 years to be on the way of making a good living, but then, a few years later, the US market dropped out and those earnings went downhill, never been the same!

Yea thats why I moved to the UK 5 years ago - but be patient - NJ is about to pass a gaming bill that will set a president and make the a half billion inlicensing fees in the first year and everyone else will follow.

Watch the APCW with J.Todd - he'll keep you up to date.

What Google cares about for now is if the site is having a high quality back links and contents.

As has already been stated, PR is fairly worthless as a competitive measure. This example just underscores that fact. SEOMoz is where we check in on competitive datapoints. A quick look shows me that this website has 842,556 backlinks from 1,428 root domains, a very strong site indeed. Compete shows them having nearly 100,000 visitors last month. Pretty darn good for a PR0.

PR only based on the sites quality of links. PR is just a tool in determining the sites authority in the world wide web, I may say. Specifically, Pagerank has no effect to serp ranking at all. Even a site without PR can have good rankings just done with organic link building and with quality as well.

Any site with or without a large staff can rank highly examine their back links and network and of course the links leading to their links. Structure, content etc... I can give you some SEO consulting if you need some help since your part of the GPWA.

I would guess the PR0 is false as the site in question has several solid links. False as in Google have manually placed the PR at 0.

If Google actually did place the pr at 0 manually then in fact that would be a true pr0 and not false.

This kind of situation just shows that pr is not ranking but toolbar green bar rating.

PR has nothing to do with real powers. PR is the last thing you should look in determining the value and competitive advantage. Use the tool is that the market SeoQuake or Samurai, or subscribe to a service that uses rank or AC MajesticSEO SEOmoz. They use much more timely and accurate algorithms.
