Redirection plugin to prevent adblock?

Hello. I have an issue where certain players don't get tracked when they register via my links. I read a post on facebook explaining that you should use a redirection plugin to prevent this, anyone has a suggestion on a plugin that works well for this? I tried searching but I can't really find anything suitable.

I do not know the answer, but I have often wondered if the typical method (cookies) of determining who referred a customer always works.

Also how some hacker might hijack it - and ways to prevent (but I guess that is a matter of security )
