Registered Users Going Down!

I've never seen this before, or maybe just not noticed but yesterday I had one more registration than I do today. How can registrations go down?

Client closed account or has not deposited for a certain amount of time, or suspended.. I assume you are talking about existing registrations and not new daily registrations?

It was a new registration, they registered some time this month. I totally trust 365, I've just not seen monthly stats go down before. Maybe they deposited then closed their account, but the number of new depositors has remained the same.

Do new registration get activation link via email?
Maybe someone registered and didn't clicked that activation link?
... so account was deleted after certain period of time?
I cannot say anything as I'm not 365 affiliate.

We've had negatives appear in the new signups/ new depositors column before - from memory it happens when a player's account is frozen for some reason and is often reversed once the issue is sorted. Have a chat with your AM, they've always been very helpful with us when we've had queries like this.
