Hey Where Can I go for domain name hosting that won't pull down my site because a spiteful competitor has falsely accused me ?

Out of all the sites i own pandragon has been targeted by someone who has decided to try get me down.

Does anyone know which registrar i can move to because I'm with godaddy and they have suspended me without notice so now i have to wait till their time to call them and show them that i have been falsely reported.

Where are good domain hosts that will ring me instead of shutting me off without notice?
