Registrations do not work

I just wrote it to support. Registrations do not work. When you click on Register button now, it shows what is below.

If anyone has direct contact to any AM, he should be woken up. This is a mess. Idk for how long this happens. Maybe some kind of attack, because now there is no peak time. Banner were not best during last hours as well.

Sorry, I was not trying to be cruel....but really glad that it was only a temporary issue.

I wonder if they just had an unusual high number of signups or if it was due in part to an automated ot or something hitting the form.

It looks like it's a catch all for delayed response (server too busy) - ie many of the 4xx and 5xx responses.

It's better than a native error screen - but not much.
I guess it was a busy time for the website - live betting etc,

No, I do not think it was my problem or problem only for my visitors.

It was a generic message for everyone = server was down. We tried from few countries in Europe and South America and simply members.bet365.com was down. I saw it just for few mins right after Liverpool ended. I will look at this closer for sure. This was actually first time in months when I clicked on "Join now" button.

As a test I just tried at 620pm eastern time minutes after Sherlock posted.

I went to the home page of bet365 WITHOUT an affiliate link or id, followed the BetNow banner and then clicked on the join now in the upper right hand corner.

I got a popup that shows this page

Although I am in the US I think they allow the signup page to load and then I get the warning that I can't deposit etc but I do not recall.

Ok I tried this same test 3 minutes or so later and got the sign up form but this time I used IE instead of Firefox.

Anyone else that tests let us know the time zone and the browser used (just in case) it is something causing this other than heavy traffic.

I am leaning toward heavy volume but ya never know.

Most likely heavy traffic since I had not closed the home betting page I clicked the join now again in firefox and it worked the second time about 6 or 8 minutes after first attempt.

Yes that is it. Thanks for independent verification.
We have video capture as well. I will upload it later. Bet365 answered that this happens only to players that are already logged in, but apparently it does not. It was just intended like that, but it is a serious bug.

I'm based in England. Tried a few times with IE and Firefox and it's 50/50 and random - sometimes I'm getting the generic error page that Sherlock mentioned, other times it's fine.

I haven't been checking their site today I actually pulled them off my sites last night since they are secretively once again going offline on Saturday for the Grand National.

Yes it is working now.

I do not think there was heavy traffic now. Today no big games are being played, no soccer etc. And during last hour is totally dead even in comparison with the rest of this lazy day.

It is just some generic message. Maybe the server(s) is overloaded, but not because there are too many people on it now. Bet365 handles maybe 100x more people than there is now.

thanks for confirming the problem. It happened yesterday and the day before as well. I will sacrifice few hours more and keep checking.

Please take this seriously, because nobody was able to register during that time.
