Thank you for bringing up the manager credits issue. We know it was a great concern to our affiliates. In 2010 we implemented changes based on the feedback we received from our affiliates and created the new Gwages program. The updated Gwages addressed this issue.

New Software has been implemented that better ensures accurate and transparent affiliate tracking. This state-of-the-art system manages credits and adjustments that affect player statistics, as well as all payouts to affiliates. Manager credits no longer affect affiliate commissions. Gross wins are calculated as Total Deposits - Withdrawals - Chargebacks.

There are some that are wolves in sheep's clothing that make GW look like girl scouts in the here and now. But they are accepted. Even given awards. Better the devil you know?

I don't really trust any of these unregulated online programs. I have seen just about all of them screw people over at one time or another.
The one program I had some hope for just dashed my hopes, I very strongly suspect they are using the "Fake Winner Scam" to reduce my earnings. I am in the process of reducing the traffic to them right now...

And your right, the wolves in sheep's clothing are some of the worst of the worst.

The ONE thing you can always count on GW and the rest of these programs is.. They will always do what they think is in THEIR best interests... So as long as it is their interest to pay you, they will(like now when they are trying hard to recruit new affs or when someone makes their complaint public, like the OP)... as soon as it is not in their interest, they won't pay you... Simple as that.


Added - Mojo do you really think the OP would have gotten paid if he had not gone public?
After one year of no pay, then miraculously he gets paid just a few days after going public here with the fact GW had not paid him after one year...
I don't think GW can find a sheep suit big enough....

Probably not. However this is not unique. How many times have we seen affys post, including myself, to many different programs as a last resort to getting paid. Pretty much all of them have had their share of non pay posts.

I'm not saying GW is all better now. But they are paying and they paid me when I worked with them years ago. I made decent earnings and more and more affys are using them now. At this moment, regardless of their history, they don't look so bad compared to other programs. I know GW is the one everyone loves to hate. Just trying to put some new perspective on why affys are turning to GW. I haven't made that leap yet but I can't blame others for it.

We were paid!
It took 2-3 years to get our deserved commission...
It was good to have seen GW on this thread responding to our complaint. Good to have GPWA too.

This is an admission that their previous systems ripped off affiliates. You think all the stolen commissions were re-calculated and paid back? Do you think they would hesitate to do it again if it suited them? I am concerned that various posters here are either so naive or forgiving, and brush off shoddy treatment of players so flippantly.

No prob. Naïve, forgiving (normally a good thing) and flippant. Kind of a personal attack but that's ok. Easy to judge when you are outside the USA. Or maybe there is an agenda here.

It's a fact that some have their opinion and others may have a different one. Just trying to put some perspective on why folks, both PLAYERS and affys, make choices. I respect all opinions. I am a player too.

I can't tell you how many times I've been ripped off by shady programs over the years. I can't even count anymore. As a player and affiliate. Good ones, bad ones, new ones, old ones, red ones, white ones and let's not forget purple ones.

It's a moot point when US launches. Meanwhile this train of thought is outdated and flawed if anyone chooses to challenge the OP for posting, because they dare to use GW. Whether they are a player or affiliate.
