Given the nature of their business, as you say, very concerning. They shouldn't care about this at all as they are offshore / non-regulated (aka in some people's view an 'illegal' operator). Are they compromised somehow?

I got their email saying they would ask for this before withdrawing earlier this month, but the withdrawal went through without it.

I see I got the same. Not long ago my account was written under name of my ex-employee like 15 years ago I saw her last time. Everyone at RN knew me as "Sherlock" only. I got weird feeling after I was robbed by several old programs who suddenly asked for ID verification, so I changed my data to my real name (cashier is impossible to change).

It is really weird times ahead.

No, no, they RN did not close anything my god. Other affiliate programs yes. From perspective of 2025 it looks weird, why would anyone not use a real name. But 20 years ago it was for my why should I use my real name. Especially when affiliate marketing was a niche I was testing. Nowadays I just had to face verify even my grocery shopping in a new city and they still did not send me pack of lemonades and cheese for risk of fraud.

Yes, others did. The trajectory is the program is fine, then they get sold, they are or appear more "legal", then they start those KYC checks and then I was ****** up. One day you are chatting or drinking beer with some AM who appears friendly and tells you that nothing will ever change (and he believes in it), the next day everything is different and the AM is looking for a new job.

The future value of my bovada earnings just halved with this message. I will pass KYC, but some other steps might follow.

(I know it's an old issue, but when they started with that quota crap - I lost ALL respect for them)

I dropped them years ago when they added quotas but still cash out usually monthly.

Got the same request - replied with requested image and got paid within 24 hours.
I didn't see anything nefarious about it.
