Appraisals provided by GoDaddy or third party providers for that matter are irrelevant and carry zero weight. Domain and websites value are based on whatever a perspective buyer is willing to pay. Influences include website age, SEO metrics, traffic, revenue, design and customization, etc.

ahrefs thinks its worth $4.6K / month [if you had to bid on the terms via PPC] - so BIN price prolly between $100k-$200k I would imagine.

If members would like to debate whether certain website value tools provide a proper and reasonable value to sites, that should be done in a separate thread, but disagreements of whether those values are reasonable should be done so in a responsible and respectful way.
