Rewarding the affiliates, suggestions?

Hey guys

this is actually a fun topic

some of the affiliates that work for us are doing a great job and we off course reward them in there monthly payment
but money isn't everything and we want to make em feel appreciated for there hard work
so...
i was thinking of sending them to a great vacation (although I'm open to any other suggestion) with all expanses paid off course.

I'd love to hear your suggestion on what can we do for them to make them feel appreciated
