Well the links have clearly got affiliate tags on the end - so it's definitely a rogue spammer IMO.

Looks like they signed up quite recently - my tag is 16180 {Oct 2008}, the rogue's is 16649.

You should report this to Rushmore, and forward the e-mail to them.
Hopefully they will deal with this rogue affiliate in the appropriate way.

NetAtlantic is just a general e-mailing service - I very much doubt they created the e-mail.

I've also received emails from them. I sent an email to Rushmore but got no answer.

There are still a few people in this industry doing spam like this. I think this kind of spam doesn't work any more. People are really tired, if you want to do spam you should bring something new.

    Take care!!

You can't judge signup date by the tag.

If you create a new campaign today, the tag will be much higher than when you signed up.

Yes I do but would require proof beyond the definition of the word. Therefore, nothing can be proved.

Do you mean if that email is a scam? If your e-mail received it as an ordinary e-mail then it could be but some regular mails but we can't really say if the program could be a scam. Maybe if we can research first about the site it linked.
