Roxy moving to TTR Partners

We are writing with some exciting news about the Roxy Affiliate program. You may have read recently that the Roxy Palace brands were acquired by 32Red Plc, well we’re pleased to announce that we have been working hard on an affiliate program which encompasses all of the combined brands and products – and we’re almost there!

On the 1st November Roxy Affiliates and 32Red Affiliates will be coming together to form TTRpartners.com, powered by the award-winning Netrefer affiliate software. Â

Here’s a summary of what’s in store:

Access to seven different brands and multiple products including Roxy Palace and 32Red casinos, bingo, poker & sports.
Separated earnings across brands. No bundling. Allowing you to earn independently and increase commissions.
The same dedicated affiliate team, continued fast payments and of course no negative carryover.
Enhanced reporting, tracking and the widest range of marketing material.

The new TTRpartners.com site will be utilising the current 32Red Affiliates back office. We will need to migrate your Roxy players across to this platform. If you already have an account with 32Red affiliates, sit tight for further instructions. If you haven’t, we recommend you open an account to help expedite the migration.

1. What happens to my Roxy Affiliates account?
As from 1st November, new players and existing activity will not be updated in the current Roxy Affiliates program. Your account will remain active until 30th November 2015 to allow you access to historical revenue reports, on 1st December the site will be decommissioned.

2. Will I need to change the links on my website(s)?
Yes. The current links will no longer track after 30th November 2015. Once the new program has gone live we advise you to update your links as soon as possible. We will of course send you plenty of reminders to do so.

3. Is the Roxy Palace brand continuing to be promoted and supported?
Yes, very much so. Roxy Palace is committed to growing and increasing its market share and all Roxy Palace brands will be supported.

4. I already hold an account at 32Red Affiliates, do I need to open a new one?
No. We will migrate your players from the Roxy Palace brands into your current 32Red Affiliates account. We’ll need you to confirm your 32Red account details for this migration to happen. We’ll be in touch to facilitate this once we’re live.

5. I am on a customised commission plan at Roxy, will this be carried over?
We will endeavour to honour any existing agreements, if you are on a customised plan please get in touch after we go live.

6. Will my affiliate payments appear the same on my bank statement?
As from 1st November all payments will be made through 32Red Plc, as such they will be tagged as 32Red rather than WorldPay/Roxy/Equinox/Ncrypt. Please contact us if you have any problem locating your payment.

I tend to agree with you on that elgoog, but in this particular case it may well be much better for them and us.

In my opinion Roxy has lost much of it's luster and some of it's appeal as an affiliate program over the last few years, and 32Red may be the driving force to return some of that.

I'd be interested to hear others' thoughts in this, but I may consider giving them another go after the move is completed since I honestly had lost faith that Roxy was going to be viable for me otherwise.

I suppose this is good news, I agree that I don't like moves but I prefer 32 Red to Roxy, their conversions have been better with me and they use Netrefer which is definitely better than the Roxy backend

I tend to agree, this may be a sensible move but I too hate moves - affiliates generally get turned over during them at some point.

32Red referring webmasters banners still point to 32red affiliate site instead of ttrpartners affiliate site.

Got an email today I think it was that the old links no longer work for Roxy and must be replaced. (another on my list of links to be replaced)

Sadly programs just do not bother understanding that by not taking steps to try and preserve traffic for affiliates coming from old links and forcing us to change links....often when links are replaced they are replaced with DIFFERENT properties....

I will likely leave a few links for Roxy to still point at Roxy, but I figure a decent percentage will end up being replaced with others....

i got a mail from you, but this was not my question to answer me " i have to open a new account and use the tracking links from there"!!
My question was to migrate the old roxy account in the new one!!
