Roy Richie: Silent termination of affiliate agreement / changing t&c

for your information:

We promoted Roy Richie (royrichie dot com) for some months with - to be honest - no good results.
After some days I tried to login to the aff-account to check the stats and got the message that our account is "under review" or something like that.

Asking the aff-manager got this answer:

"Roy Richie’s management made a decision based on your customer providing level and responding activity to suspend our cooperation due to lack of profits for both sides.

We are still open for offers that can re-activate our cooperation."

So they terminate our affiliate agreement without letting us now (before). In the terms was stated that termination without cause must be notice 14 days before.





My answer to the aff-manager with the point to this term was unanswered until today. But it seems that they changed the term(s) to justify our termination - as you can see here:





Bottom-line:

1) Termination of affiliate agreement without notice, although - according to the "old" term - that should have been done.
2) Change of T&C without notice (at least to us).

Actually I thought Roy Richie could be a solid brand in the future - most player reviews are quiet good so far too. But this practise changed our view.
