It is with my deepest regret that I have to make this post.
X Mark Affiliates is not paying. No payments have appeared since October.

They owe me just over 3k, and while I know that may not be a lot of money for many affiliates, for semi‑large and small affiliates—who are already struggling with Google’s exclusion of almost all affiliate sites except for the about ten largest—it can be crucial for continued existence in the affiliate industry.

They pay the largest affiliates so they don’t get their asses roasted, but semi‑large and small affiliates are left unpaid.

Unfortunately, I have been forced to remove traffic today.

The whole situation feels even more absurd considering they just won the LCB Award for 2025.

Yes we are removing 6 brands now as self preservation .It is not good to see some affiliate still not paid and hopefully we keep this thread alive and have good news for the others here. They read this forum so know the partners who are here still with issues.

Agreed. The most recent e-mail I received from these guys, was asking for more coverage! They've totally ignored all my requests for payments for the last several months and clearly either (a) are crooks, (b) can't afford to pay due commission, or (c) both.

Spoke with them and communication is a definite issue and they are aware and seem to want to correct, like some other programs I have seen issues but have always been paid in the end.

Rick reached out regarding marking the thread partially resolved. I agreed that payment issues are not resolved until everyone who has posted in thread has been paid. We removed the partially resolved and will update when fully sorted.

They haven't paid me for over a year I wrote a few posts at affiliate guard dog and here but they ignore it.... once upon a time AFGD they cared but they continue to allow this brand with predatory terms to fleece affiliates. With us, they initially delayed payment because - they said - they have RETROACTIVELY increased the payout threshold. Once we reached that threshold, we requested payment. And then... silence. All my e-mails have been ignored.

Yes my emails to payments@xmark went nowhere for months as well... I am directing this thread and issue to my active contact to hopefully get this resolved for all.

This is behaviour of a brand pre collapse, the front end might be running but every sign points to sudden collapse so I would advise players not to make deposits and withdraw funds where possible.

They added quotas too which is why we kept 3 brands but only keeping them on the free chips site as the players there generally are low value ,would never put them on our Canadian site or higher value markets now . We had over $25000 in deposits last month with them but I doubt I made $1000.
