Dear Mark,
I’ve just read your complaint and wanted to follow up. Please respond to the email I previously sent you regarding your pending payment(s). I was unable to locate any emails from you sent this year, so if you did reach out earlier, could you please forward those messages to cindy@xmarkaffiliates.com so I can review them?
I completely understand that delayed payments can be frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team is currently working through a payment backlog, and we are doing our best to resolve all outstanding payments as quickly as possible.
That said, I would also like to address your comment about the program “shaving” account earnings. Transparency and fairness are extremely important to us, and we do not engage in any practices that alter or reduce legitimate affiliate earnings. Statements of this nature can create unnecessary concern, so if you believe there is a specific discrepancy in your statistics, please share the relevant details and we will be happy to review them thoroughly.
We value our affiliates and aim to keep communication constructive and fact-based. I look forward to receiving the forwarded emails so we can assist you further and resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Best Regards
Cindy Greco

Hey all,
Just adding my post that I made before I was made aware that this one was already flowing ...
Apologies for the huge rant but now ... I'm getting really p'd off with XMark Affiliates ... they just are not responding to (or paying) me at all!
I've read various topics here and understand that they have had some problems but well, come on - the casinos must be making enough money to pay their share back to affiliates !?
Last year they delayed several times, said they'd get back to me and then didn't. They finally did pay me back in October 2025 and since then because of their negative carry-over it took me a few months to get some commissions due.
I received the automated email early in Feb this year about January 2026 commissions and I was very pleased (and hopeful) that things were getting back to normal. I promptly replied with my crypto details for payment -- and still now (nearly half-way through March - nothing received - and no further communication).
I also earned (even better) commission in Feb 2026 but haven't even received the automated email about that yet.
Even though I have waited a bit longer again (having seen at least one other affiliate confirming their Jan payment being received on 2nd this month in the March monthly payments topic), I am still yet to hear back from them.
I notice that they are still GPWA Approved ... yet on the "Click to Verify" GPWA seal on xmarkaffiliates . com I also notice it says ...
The GPWA code of conduct includes the following provisions that are to be followed both by the affiliate program and the operators they represent:
Abides by all laws, regulations, and license requirements of the jurisdictions within which they operate.
Is truthful in all promotions and publishes only accurate information about their operations.
Publicly discloses any rules and registration procedures affecting affiliates or the public.
Uses only ethical means of promotion either directly or indirectly through others.
Pays both affiliates and players promptly in accordance with published terms and conditions.
Promptly responds to complaints either by affiliates or by affiliates on behalf of their players.
Accepts responsibility for compliance with the terms of the sponsor code of conduct.
I understand they recently changed their T&Cs so that many amendments can be made including changes to payment schedules etc...
Then, the new addition of quotas (I guess to ensure any owed affiliates keep banners up in the hope they will actually get paid) - probably in response to myself and I'm sure others having removed them in response to either non-payment or uncommunicated delays.
What's really annoying me is that nobody at XMark will respond to my emails (and I tried them all on TG too with no response).
Please -- come on guys! At least communicate by responding to your affiliates. Over the years we've done very well together with many referred players and it seems now in the harder times you just want to ignore and keep my fairly earned commissions. Say it's no so
This will be the last month I keep their banners up unless I receive due payments and/or at least some satisfactory and reassuring response to my emails / messages.
Hoping to happier times
G
PS.. I have today received a TG reply from one of the affiliate managers saying they'll check into it for me. So fingers crossed there. Will post any further updates in this topic in future.. ty Casinodad for starting this topic![]()

After a few chats on TG with Cindy -- I'm pleased to say that I received yesterday (16th March) what I was owed up to the end of Feb 2026.
I really would like to see them get back to emailing early in the month with commission confirmation with the request for payment information and then paying it quickly after.
Thanks,
G

Hey all,
Thanks for your updates - I'm still owed some of April, all of May and now June of course too.
Still no response from emails or Telegram.
This has been going on now for a LONG time with no signs of improvement and the lack of communication really takes the p*ss! Many previous communications assured me they would be all good in a few months and now I'm sure it's been a couple of years - so this now seems their business-as-usual way. I think they've had way enough time and seen plenty of patience from many frustrated affiliates to sort themselves out by now!!
I've certainly had enough of them getting plenty of players money but never giving us our share of their profits and most likely just spending it on other things!
Anyway, back to promoting the brands that actually pay on time without any need for constant chasing up!
Cheers all,
G
Cindy wrote to me a week ago that I will get paid that day or the next day but we never got paid and complete silence. Now there is only one group worst than them and we all know who that is.

when is GPWA going to make this exploitation of members stop?
GPWA GETS PAID.. - don't they have a responsiblty to stop their advertisers scamming this "community"?
maybe they can take some responsibility ? deposits for advertisers - arbitration
othewise what is this forum?
judging by 90% of the threads - it has become somewhere to sell stuff, or to go sign up for aff deals before you get f*cked and exploited

Just joining the queue.... I have payments outstanding going back to February. Cindy and the rest of the Xmark team ignore all my messages.
Hi all, just joined GPWA and this thread caught my attention straight away. I run a French-language free slots catalog, and was considering X Mark Affiliates as one of the programs to work with given their brand coverage in European markets.
Reading through this thread — and seeing that payment issues have been going on since at least early 2026 with little improvement — I'll be keeping them off my site for now. Appreciate everyone sharing their experience here, exactly the kind of intel that saves new members a lot of headaches.
If anyone has had a positive resolution with them recently, happy to hear it. Otherwise, noted and moving on.

I received a payment from Xmark a couple of days ago. It was less than half the amount shown as outstanding in my stats, but it's a start.
Checking on my fab stats i see adrenaline casino was reduced to 30% now? not that i get paid but still....

They split April into 2 payments then trying to tell me that I got April and May and this week paid June. I sent them back my April Statement and the 2 payments were $3790 which is the amount of April and nothing for May.
They have paid some affiliates for June meanwhile still missing some earlier months according to forum chatter.
Hopefully they can clean the slate and get things back to how it was. Dropping commissions is not cool at all .
