Powerbet & SilverSands are the same group and a BIGGGGGG No-No when it comes to promoting them. Just pull them off your site, and chalk it up to a learning experience.
Winners Playground and Grand Royal are also sister casinos, and have proven themselves in the last few months to be much less responsive to affiliates than they should be, and most of us have pulled them off our sites also.
Good RTGS
Casino Paycheck/Angleciti group
Sci-Fi
Palace of Chance
Club Player
Portofino
Nostalgia Group
Crown Vegas

Winners Playground
Unanswered emails for months now, and a player being told she is from Israel so she can't get her winnings, they decided to ban Israel conveniently

I just got paid by Winners Playground yesterday after many emails and finally threatening to pull their links off my sites and add them to my blacklist - This was for earnings dating back to November
