RTG Player stats, Mostly hidden?

Why do the majority of RTG casinos hide player stats? most using rtg hosted admin software only show sign ups and earnings, but for retention purposes I like to check existing and previous players though this info seems to be unavailable, Betting partners shows all of this as does betonline and 5dimes but nearly every stand alone casino keeps this under wraps?
