RushAff, the affiliate programme behind SlotsRush _.com, are withholding payment from us (and I know a good few others). We have received no feedback as to why for the best part of a year, but have just had this update from our debt collector...

"Our partner has advised:

"The client operates with the T&Cs however, the version you provided is not signed.

The debtor demanded a formal engagement between your client and themselves, if we cannot prove this, then the case is null."

Are you able to provide a formal engagement agreement perhaps?

In short, they are saying that acceptance of affiliate program terms and conditions, acceptance on to the affiliate program itself, honest marketing of their brand, KYC fulfillment and two payments before the non-payment situation does not constitute formal engagement. Quite remarkable.
