I got a htc desire HD... 1ghz prcoessor, 1.5gb storage, 4.3" touch screen, and all the other mod cons, 8 mega pixel camera, and a 720p HD video recording.

I ditched to go back to a blackberry because the large screen sucks down the battery and needs charging religiously every 18hrs.

If they could extend battery life on these big screen phones, id stick around for it.

blackberry still kicks butt when it comes to a solid business phone. I even used my blackberry phone as my 3g modem when I am in a non wifi area.

Battery life is a big deal, I wouldn't mind a them making them bigger just as long as they make the battery better. Everything doesn't have to be so thin.

My wife has a Samsung Infuse 4G and she makes fun of my iphone's smaller screen.

My other half has an iphone. I had a nokie e71 until the weekend just passed. I've wanted an android phone for some time now and in the end my other half was like "Why dont you just get an iphone" - i almost wacked him!

I ended up getting an HTC incredible S which is an AWESOME phone..

Apart from 2 or 3 things.

Battery life - I've found that at the end of the day I only have just under half the battery left. Not ideal.
Cant see the screen in direct sunlight! I had no idea this would even be an issue until I was outside and couldn't see the screen. Then i decided to read up on it and found this is an issue with most HTCs. I bought some screen protectors hoping this would fix it (as it seemed to fix the glare on my motorola xoom screen).. lets see how that goes.
The only other thing is that I don't know how to make it so that my gmail is checking for mail every half hour or hour. I will admit I have only been looking through the phone settings, and haven't looked on the net..

Otherwise it's a great phone. the speaker is really loud unlike others ive tried. The screen is 4". everything is very clear. 8MP camera on the back (with a flash). camera on the front for video calling and skype etc etc

best of all, it can display flash!
