Default SCAM warning! Netbet removing cpa comissions

    Hello.

Netbet casino is refusing to pay me about 900 on cpa comissions from August 2015.

I used gambling-affliation as affiliate program to have this deal .

They are stating that the traffic is fraudulent, however they have paid me for july traffic.

    Be careful with this brand!!!

Sure it's Netbet's mistake and not of the 3rd party?

Gambling.affiliation has always been solid and paid me good amounts of money, even tought they take some time for payments, at least 30+ days after the end of each month.

Im still waiting for them to pay other comissions from august, such as supercasino,jackpot247 and william hill.

    Update:

So after this "Netbet" user signed up GPWA and asked here to send him a PM, which I Did, on 2th october...5 days after and no answer from him, and by checking his profile he hasnt signed in anymore since.

I have also emailed live partners with no answer, going to try to find some aff managers on skype, but its getting really clear that they are avoiding to pay what they owe me at all costs!!

As far as Im concerned and told by GA manager, they only pay their affiliates after the brands pay them.

So in this case Netbet/Livepartners are the scammers.

This is the major problem we see often when dealing with third parties.

My question is this. Who was your agreement with, as that is who you should be looking at for payments?

If the agreement is with the third party, THEY OWE YOU, not the casino or the casino's direct affiliate program.

If the third party did not get paid by the casino, that discrepancy is between the third party and the casino (not you), you are still owed the funds from the third party.

Is it spelled out in the third party's T.O.S. that payments are contingent on the casino paying them first?

Also, who bares the responsibility of fraud traffic?

Also, is there additional time from the months the revenue is earned by the casino, and the time factor it trickles down to the affiliate (IE: Is September revenue paid in October, similar to how it works on most direct relationships - or is it November or December after months of free traffic is delivered if in fact there is a payment dispute)?

The above is the main reasons that many (not all, but many) affiliates refuse to use third parties and why dealing direct is often the better approach. In the cases of disputes, the affiliate often learns of issues sooner and can deal with the source in order to work things out. If the negotiations are unsuccessful, at least the affiliate is often in a position to react much sooner concerning cutting off the traffic flow, thus having a greater impact on the Casino directly which (at least in theory) in a little more incentive for the casino to negotiate a successful outcome for the affiliate.

    Hello,

Apologies for the late reply, we already tried to get in touch via PM but the GPWA forum system does not allow users to send PM's if their post count is not 10 or greater. We have informed GPWA, alternatively please send us a PM with your email address for us to contact.

So after sending an email and a PM to this guy on Friday still no response, I resent the email yesterday.

It seems this guys are very unprofessional when it comes to pay what they owe.

I have been informed that Gambling Affiliation already contacted you and provided all relevant details, can you please confirm whether this is correct?

That is not correct since I have not yet been paid the money Netbet owes me.

Im still waiting for the payment , so this case is not finished.

I will keep pushing and thinking about a court action if the costs are not high.

    NetBet,

If you need to reply to a member here, either Anthony or myself are more than happy to forward any messages on to them for you. (there is no restriction to send Anthony or me a PM)

If you choose this route, we ask you not to put any private information about the affiliate in the pm (such as stats or personal details etc) without permission.

Update: still no progress on this case.

All they say is to contact gambling.affiliation, which tells me always the same: netbet/liverpartners has refused to pay comissions from august due to low quality traffic.

Disgraceful company absolutely no respect with their affiliates.

How is Netbet / Livepartners nowadays? Any problems?
We are all bloodsucking ticks, hungry, devious
each one latched on to the ass of the previous
when the last and the first latch on it can be shown
ass-blood sucked by the first from the last is his own

This month they have some problems with stats. They said that it will be fixed. One big player in January 2016 was removed from my stats of Livepartners. This player lost over 2k in January.

I had them paying a fixed fee per month + CPA . Got to the end of the contracted period and i left their banner up ----------refused to pay the CPA for people that signed after that period.

The original person i worked with was great, but she told me she had enough and left the company - The person that followed was to put it politely a real character and wanted to play hardball !!
