About LinkBacksChurchill Downs Inc., one of the major horseracing groups in the U.S., has signed a $127 million deal to purchase online betting site Youbet.com.
Churchill Downs already owns betting site TwinSpires.com. After the Youbet purchase is finalized, Churchill Downs will own almost half of the $14 billion horseracing market in the United States.
